Channel 244A can be allotted to Colchester in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 13.2 kilometers (8.2 miles) southwest to avoid a short-spacing to the construction permit site of Station KRNQ(FM), Channel 242C2, Keokuk, Iowa. The coordinates for Channel 244A at Colchester are North Latitude 40-21-48 and West Longitude 90-55-41. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
