FCC Corrects Date in Local Multipoint Distribution Service Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has corrected an error in the final rules for the Local Multipoint Distribution Service (LMDS) proceeding, which was published in the Federal Register on February 25, 1998, and affects the date by which certain dismissed applications can be refiled.
