The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comments on a petition by Lake Country Communications, Inc. to substitute Channel 229C3 for Channel 229C2 in Healdton, OK, and to reallocate Channel 229C3 to Krum, TX, as the community's first local radio station, with modifications to Station KICM's license to reflect Krum as its community of license. The proposed site for Channel 229C3 is 22.3 kilometers northeast of Krum, within the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements.
