Radio Broadcasting Services; Vergennes, VT, Willsboro and Malone, NY - Channel Reallocations and License Modifications

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has reallotted Channel 244A from Vergennes, Vermont, to Willsboro, New York, and modified the license of Station WXPS(FM) accordingly. The FCC also substituted Channel 243C3 for Channel 243A at Malone, New York, and modified the license of Station WVNV(FM) to reflect the higher powered channel, following a counterproposal from Cartier Communications.
