Canadian Radio Commission Proposes Changes to FM Radio Technical Rules

The Canadian Radio Commission is seeking public comment on proposals to overhaul its evaluation process for FM radio proposals that may cause interference, as well as changes to the contingent application rule and signal propagation methodology to improve technical flexibility and streamline application processing.
