This document contains a corrections to a final regulation in Implementation of Non-Accounting Safeguards of Section 271 and 272 of the Communications Act of 1934, as Amended that was published in the Federal Register of January 21, 1997, (62 FR 2927). The regulation related to the definition of a successor or assign of a Bell operating company.
