Federal Communications Commission Requests Comments on Proposed Information Collections for Streamlining of Radio Technical Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a Notice of Proposed Rule making (NPRM) seeking public comments on proposed information collections related to the streamlining of Radio Technical Rules, as part of its 1998 Biennial Review. The NPRM was published in the Federal Register on June 22, 1998, and invites the public and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and comment on the proposed information collections.
