The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a proposal by MainQuad, Inc. to allot Channel 297A to Powhatan, VA, as the community's first local aural service, and also to Enfield, NC, and Warrenton, NC, while dismissing a proposal to reallot Channel 297C2 to LaCrosse, VA.
