FCC Proposes Licensing Rules for 47 GHz and 2.3 GHz Bands

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has proposed licensing and operating rules for the 47 GHz band, with the goal of allowing government and non-government licensees to share the spectrum effectively. The proposal also includes modifications to rules for the 2.3 GHz band.
