Radio Broadcasting Services; Beaver Dam and Brownsville, KY - Channel 264C3 Substitution

The FCC, at the request of Charles M. Anderson, has approved the substitution of Channel 264C3 for Channel 264A at Beaver Dam, reassigning it to Brownsville, Kentucky, and modifying the construction permit for Station WKLX(FM). This decision allows Channel 264C3 to be used at Brownsville without restrictions, and terminates this proceeding.
