The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by John L. Zolkoske seeking the allotment of Channel 228A to Condon, OR, as the community's first local aural service. Channel 228A can be allotted to Condon in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 45-14-18 North Latitude and 120-11-06 West Longitude.
