The Commission, at the request of BK Radio, allots Channels 268A and 275A to Las Vegas, NM, as the community's fourth and fifth local commercial FM channels and permits BK Radio and Meadows Media, LLC to amend their pending applications (BPH-960829MH and BPH-960829MG) to specify Channels 268A and 275A respectively, without loss of cut-off protection. See 63 FR 19700, April 21, 1998. Channels 268A and 275A can be allotted to Las Vegas in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements and utilized at the transmitter site specified by both BK Radio and Meadows Media, with a site restriction of 3.9 kilometers (2.4 miles) west, at coordinates 35-36-16 North Latitude; 105-15-35 West Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.

Promoting Fair and Open Competitive Bidding in the E-Rate Program; Schools and Libraries Universal Service Support Mechanism

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved until November 30, 2027 an information collection associated with the rules for the Universal Service Schools and Libraries program contained in the Commission's Promoting Fair and Open Competitive Bidding in the E-Rate Program; Schools and Libraries Universal Service Support Mechanism Report and Order (Report and Order), WC Docket No. 21-455, CC Docket No. 02-6; FCC 26-30. This document is consistent with the Report and Order, which stated that the Commission would publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date of the new information collection requirements.

Protecting Against National Security Threats to the Communications Supply Chain Through the Equipment Authorization Program

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission or FCC) takes further steps to strengthen its equipment authorization program against national security risks to the communications supply chain. The Commission closes a component-part loophole by prohibiting authorization of devices that incorporate logic-bearing hardware components produced by an entity identified on the Commission's Covered List, where the device would itself be prohibited from authorization had the Covered List entity produced the entire device. The Commission also requires that any modification or permissive change to equipment by an entity identified on the Covered List undergo full certification, clarifies that its marketing rules reach any entity (including online marketplaces) that markets unauthorized equipment, and requires online marketplaces, subject to limited exceptions, to display a device's FCC ID at the online point of sale. Finally, the Commission amends its definition of "critical infrastructure," as used on the Covered List, and corrects two administrative errors in its rules.
