Radio Broadcasting Services; Plattsmouth and Papillion, NE, Osceola, IA

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a change in radio broadcasting services for Plattsmouth, Nebraska, and Osceola, Iowa, at the request of Platte Broadcasting Company, Inc. The FCC has also dismissed a counterproposal by LifeStyle Communications Corporation to allot Channel 295A to Papillion, Nebraska, for a local aural service.
