FDA to Host Public Meeting with Health Professional Organizations

The FDA is hosting a public meeting with representatives of health professional organizations, led by Deputy Commissioner Sharon Smith Holston, to discuss the FDA Modernization Act of 1997 and its role in regulating complementary and alternative medicine products, as well as a brief update on tobacco regulations.
