FDA Approves Monensin for Pastured Cattle Feed

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has amended its animal drug regulations to approve the use of monensin in a new type of feed for pastured cattle, increasing their weight gain rate, following applications from Elanco Animal Health, a division of Eli Lilly & Co.
