FDA Publishes Guidance on Medical Device Tracking Under Modernization Act

The FDA is releasing a new guidance document to inform manufacturers and distributors about their responsibilities for tracking medical devices under the Food and Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food and Drug Administration Modernization Act of 1997.
