FDA Proposes Changes to Patent Notice Requirements for New Drug Applicants

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to update its regulations to provide more flexible methods for new drug and abbreviated new drug applicants to notify patent owners and holders of new drug applications, while maintaining the existing requirements.
