FDA Proposes Classification of Apgar Timer, Lice Removal Kit, and Infusion Stand into Class I

The FDA is proposing to classify the Apgar timer, lice removal kit, and infusion stand into Class I, following recommendations from the General Hospital and Personal Use Devices Panel, and will consider public comments before publishing a final regulation.
