FDA Approves Isoflurane for Horses and Dogs

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has amended its animal drug regulations to reflect the approval of an abbreviated new animal drug application (ANADA) for the inhalational use of isoflurane USP in horses and dogs for general anesthesia induction and maintenance.
