FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Medical Device Pre-Market Notification Submission

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule requiring medical device manufacturers to submit pre-market notifications at least 90 days prior to commercial distribution, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
