FDA Proposes Rule to Clarify Review of Scientific Controversies by Advisory Panels or Committees

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to amend its regulations to allow sponsors, applicants, or manufacturers to request review of scientific controversies by an appropriate scientific advisory panel or advisory committee, in an effort to clarify the availability of such review.
