EM Industries, Inc. Seeks FDA Approval for Higher Synthetic Iron Oxide Levels in Ingested Drugs

EM Industries, Inc. has submitted a petition to the FDA, requesting the relaxation of color additive regulations to enable the safe use of synthetic iron oxide and mica in ingested medications, allowing for higher levels of iron oxide than currently permitted.
