Single Issue Focus Meeting

The Food and Drug Administration's Office of Consumer Affairs is announcing a Single Issue Focus Meeting. The meeting will provide an opportunity for consumers, patient advocates, health professionals, and industry to learn about and comment on the proposed rule published in the Federal Register of June 8, 1998, on section 401 of the Food and Drug Administration Modernization Act of 1997 and the dissemination of information on unapproved/new uses for marketed drugs, biologics, and devices. Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
