FDA Extends Comment Period for Juice HACCP Proposal

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule on the safe and sanitary processing of fruit and vegetable juices and juice products, including the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles, until August 7, 1998.
