FDA Proposes Changes to Medical Device Reporting Requirements

The FDA is proposing to eliminate the requirement for medical device distributors to report corrections and removals, as part of the Food and Drug Administration Modernization Act of 1997 (FDAMA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the act), as amended.
