FDA Withdraws Direct Final Rule on Dispute Resolution Provision

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has withdrawn a direct final rule implementing the Dispute Resolution provision of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, following significant adverse comments received during the public comment period, which closed on August 31, 1998.
