FDA Proposes Amendment to Sample Requirements for Food, Drugs, and Cosmetics

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to increase the dollar amount it considers when determining whether to collect a reserve sample of a food, drug, or cosmetic product, in an effort to reduce regulatory burden and protect public health.
