FDA Confirms Effective Date for Canthaxanthin Color Additive Rule

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has confirmed the effective date of April 28, 1998, for a rule allowing the safe use of canthaxanthin as a color additive in salmonid fish feed, and also corrected an error in the rule.
