FDA Proposes Changes to Device Registration and Listing Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing amendments to its regulations governing establishment registration and device listing for domestic distributors, in accordance with the Food and Drug Administration Modernization Act of 1997 (FDAMA) and the revised Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
