HHS Proposes Alterations to Bioresearch Monitoring Information System Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing changes to the Bioresearch Monitoring Information System, including adding the names of the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition and the Center for Veterinary Medicine, to ensure the system covers all FDA Centers, and to modify routine uses for disclosure of covered records to sponsors and IRBs.
