FDA Amends Food Additive Regulations for Sodium 2,2'-methylenebis(4,6-di- tert-butylphenyl)phosphate

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has corrected an oversight in its food additive regulations, specifying the maximum allowed use level for sodium 2,2'-methylenebis(4,6-di- tert-butylphenyl)phosphate as a clarifying agent in high-density polyethylene intended for direct contact with food products.
