Indirect Food Additives: Paper and Paperboard Components

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of polyamide- ethyleneimine-epichlorohydrin resin for use as a retention aid in the manufacture of paper and paperboard intended for use in contact with dry food. This action is in response to a petition filed by BASF Corp.
