FDA Corrects Proposed Rule on Medical Device Establishment Registration and Device Listing

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a proposed rule that was published with an error, which proposed to amend certain regulations governing establishment registration and device listing by domestic distributors of medical devices, as announced in the Federal Register on September 29, 1998 (63 FR 51874).
