Solvay S.A. Files Petition to Expand Use of Food Additive in Vinylidene Chloride Coatings

Solvay S.A. has submitted a petition to the FDA requesting the amendment of food additive regulations to allow the expanded safe use of a specific emulsifier in certain coatings applied to food-contact films.
