Atlantic Highly Migratory Species to Require Attendance at Shark Identification and Safe Handling Workshops

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) will host free workshops in January, February, and March 2026 to educate fishermen and shark dealers on the proper identification and handling of protected species, with mandatory attendance required for certain permit holders.
