30-Day Notice of Information Collection: Request for Building Pass Identification Card (DS-1838)

The Department of State is requesting approval from the Office of Management and Budget to collect information from various individuals and organizations for a Building Pass Identification Card, which is used by USG employees, contractors, and others to access government facilities. The proposed collection, which is an existing process without an OMB control number, is expected to result in a total estimated burden of 2,550 hours.
