U.S. Department of State Requests Approval for Information Collection: Application for Consular Report of Birth Abroad

The Department of State is seeking OMB approval to reinstate and modify a previously approved information collection, the Application For Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America, which affects approximately 40,000 American parents of individuals born abroad. Comments must be submitted within 30 days.
