U.S. Finalizes Visa Rules for Business Travelers Under NAFTA and Implementation Act

The U.S. government has implemented new regulations for nonimmigrant visa classifications, including treaty traders, investors, and intracompany transferees, as well as professionals, under the Immigration and Nationality Act, in accordance with the North American Free Trade Agreement and the Implementation Act signed in 1993.
