NMFS Grants Preliminary Approval for Exempted Fishing Permit Application Supporting Cape Cod Commercial Fishermen's Alliance

The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries at the Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office has given preliminary approval for an Exempted Fishing Permit application that would allow vessels to fish outside regulations in support of the Cape Cod Commercial Fishermen's Alliance's proposed activities, in accordance with the Magnuson-Stevens Act.
