Department of State Submits 30-Day Notice for Passport/Registration Information Collection

The Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval to extend its currently approved information collection, Application for Passport/Registration (DSP-11), which affects approximately 4.4 million U.S. citizens abroad, requiring an estimated 1.5 million hours of response time.
