U.S. Department of State Certifies Venezuela and Nigeria for Sea Turtle Conservation

The U.S. Department of State certified that Venezuela and Nigeria have implemented programs to minimize the incidental capture of sea turtles in their commercial shrimp fisheries, comparable to the U.S. program, on July 21, 1998.
