U.S. Department of Commerce Determines Hard Empty Capsules from Brazil are Being Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative determination that hard empty capsules from Brazil are being sold in the U.S. at prices lower than what is considered fair, as per the Tariff Act of 1930, for the period from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024.
