U.S. Department of Commerce Imposes Countervailing Duty on Hard Empty Capsules from Brazil

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final determination that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Brazilian producers and exporters of hard empty capsules, affecting companies such as Amcor, Crown Holdings, and others, from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
