NMFS Publishes Standard Ex-Vessel Prices for North Pacific Observer Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has released standard ex-vessel prices for groundfish and halibut, which will be used to calculate the observer fee under the North Pacific Observer Program. The prices will be applied to landings made in 2026, with invoices sent to processors and registered buyers by January 15, 2027, and fees due to NMFS by February 15, 2027.
