Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (``FinCEN''), Department of the Treasury (Treasury), gives notice of a proposed new Treasury--wide system of records entitled the ``Suspicious Activity Reporting System (the ``SAR System'')--Treasury/DO.212.''
