U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Monomers and Oligomers from Korea Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that certain monomers and oligomers from the Republic of Korea are being sold in the United States at less than their fair market value, and has invited interested parties to comment on this preliminary finding.
