Customs Service Field Organization; Establishment of Sanford Port of Entry

The Customs Service is establishing a new port of entry at Sanford, Florida, and removing the Sanford Regional Airport from the list of user-fee airports, aiming to improve efficiency and service for carriers, importers, and the public.
