Certain Pasta From Italy: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Italian pasta producers received subsidies during the review period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. The department is now seeking public comment on these preliminary results.
