U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on PET Film from India, Rescinds Review for Seven Companies

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that certain Indian producers/exporters of polyethylene terephthalate film received subsidies from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, and is rescinding its review for seven companies, inviting comments on the preliminary results.
