U.S. Customs Regulations Clarification on Duty-Free Treatment for Insular Possessions

The U.S. government has corrected a Federal Register document to clarify the requirements for duty-free treatment on articles imported from U.S. insular possessions, excluding Puerto Rico, and updates the procedures for obtaining this treatment.
